Thomas Hilal is a lifelong resident of the Los Angeles area. He grew up in South Pasadena and graduated from UCLA with a BA in Communication Studies. During his 23-year tenure with Nourmand & Associates, Thomas has become one of Los Angeles’ most consistent and trusted REALTORS®️. A second-generation real estate professional, Thomas combines his extensive marketing prowess and passion for real estate to provide a full-service experience for his clients. An experienced real estate investor himself, Thomas leverages his comprehensive understanding of real estate to carefully advise his clients through the entire buying/selling process.

Thomas is passionate about contributing to his community and charitable causes. His primary passion is volunteering and supporting Chrysalis, an organization dedicated
to creating pathways to self-sufficiency for people struggling with the aftereffects of drug addiction and/or those experiencing homelessness. In his leisure time, Thomas enjoys traveling (he has been to 84 countries), playing golf and spending time with his
wife, Sarah, and two children, Harper and Hudson.
